If you are contacting us in relation to a complaint, you can find full details of our complaints handling process in our Complaints Policy.

ScotPac is a member of Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), an independent, not for profit, external dispute resolution service approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs.

When we receive a complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge it within two working days
  • Complete a full investigation
  • Respond to you within 20 working days

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact FSCL. Their service is free of charge.
